Spotlessly clean and top-class place, has beautiful views of the lake. The location is incredible and wonderful, close to all tourist attractions with easy parking.

Central location very close to the lake and the Governor's gardens and restaurants Staff, and restaurants and bars are close to the hotel. And it's 100 metres from Lake Rotorua.

My recent stay at Prince's Gate Hotel was absolutely delightful! I was in Rotorua for a quick getaway and stayed at the hotel for two nights. The staff were exceptional, offering us access to the hot pools even after closing hours. The room was lovely, with a nice touch of hot chocolate in the cabinet and eco-friendly paper-packed toiletries. The hotel's location right next to the government gardens was perfect for easy walks into town. Additionally, the hotel's stunning architecture and warm, cosy ambiance made me feel right at home. a wonderful experience with friendly and welcoming service.

Can recommend this hotel.

We loved everything about the Hotel, service and staff were great, we ate in the dinning room at night and food was great everyone was so friendly and will definitley stay there next time we are in Rotorua. We had booked in a hurry as we bought someone down for a funeral and were so pleased we stayed there.
